Congratulations to all students who joined Bridging the Gap and took up the opportunity to be a part of securing London 2012!

We have now entered the next stage of the programme and are unfortunately no longer accepting new applications.

For those of you who have started your journey to the Games, good luck! Once you’ve completed your Door Supervision qualification and your G4S interview you will be ready for the next leg of the race:

  • Skills for Security training – develop your search and screening skills
  • Role specific and venue specific training – to provide you with the finishing touches for your work at the Games
  • Rapiscan training (if required for your role) – x-ray and airport style security operations

Visit the training pages for more information.

If you missed out on joining Bridging the Gap but still want to be a part of securing London 2012, there could still be opportunities for you through the G4S general recruitment pool. Please visit http://www.securinglondon2012.com to find out more.
